VIBEDESIGN provides WordPress store setup, store hosting, the YS CART commerce system, block component licensing and site maintenance. The scope of each plan is as stated on the order page and quotation.

Please read this summary of our terms before ordering. Placing an order means you agree to the VIBEDESIGN Terms of Service. The full terms provided at the time of ordering take precedence.

Minimum term. After 12 months you can request to migrate the whole site; VIBEDESIGN block components are not included in the migration.

12-month minimum term
Counted from the day your site goes live. If you terminate before 12 months, fees already paid are non-refundable; on a monthly plan, you must pay the balance of the 12-month fee.
Fees and payment
The Quick Start plan is NT$1,000/month or NT$10,000/year; the Guided Setup plan is NT$30,000 for the first year and NT$10,000/year from the second year. Add-ons are as listed on the pricing page. Payment-gateway transaction fees are charged by the gateway provider; VIBEDESIGN takes no commission.
Site and data ownership
The brand assets, product images, copy, products, orders and member data you upload all belong to you. Any domain you buy yourself is yours.
Site migration
Once your site has been live for 12 months, you can request to migrate it to another host. We provide a complete WordPress site backup, including the database, media files, products, orders and member data, for you to download or hand over to your new host.
Migration excludes block components
VIBEDESIGN block components are licensed software for use during the service period only and are not included in a migration. After migrating, page layouts built with block components will not display correctly, and you will need to redesign them yourself. Licenses for other paid plugins such as YS CART are subject to each product's own license terms.
Hosting resources and fair use
The Quick Start plan includes 10 GB and the Guided Setup plan 30 GB of NVMe storage; extra storage can be added if you need more (NT$300 per GB per year). Automatic WebP conversion and compression are built in. The service may not be used for illegal or infringing purposes, or in ways that affect other customers.
Payments and third‑party services
Third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping and e-invoicing are provided by their respective providers under their own terms; rates are as set by each provider. VIBEDESIGN charges nothing to apply on your behalf and helps with integration and setup free of charge.
Renewal and termination
At the end of the term, the service renews on the same plan; we will notify you by email before it expires. To terminate, let us know before the expiry date. After termination, your site data is kept for 30 days for you to download, then permanently deleted.
Maintenance and security
We handle WordPress core and component updates, real-time monitoring, vulnerability patching and daily backups. Losses caused by force majeure or third-party service outages are handled as set out in the full terms.
